​When will I receive my order?​

Just my imageUnation default shipping is standard ground. Please allow 3 – 7 days depending on your location. We also offer various shipping methods to meet your delivery needs - from economy to express. Shipping cost is calculated based on the types of items you order, the quantity, service level, and delivery location. The most accurate way to verify shipping time and cost is to add items to your shopping cart and visit the checkout page. Enter the shipping address to see shipping time and cost.



What size should I order?

You can find details about our products, including the size and fit, in the product detail info for each product.



 

Product Care and Instructions

Care instructions are on the product detail pages for each product and included with each order. Here are some helpful tips regarding caring for your design shirts:



  1. Do not dry clean. HTV should never be dry cleaned. The harsh temperature and chemicals that are used during dry clean just do not mix well with HTV.

  2. Wash and dry garments inside out. By turning the shirts inside out, you’re giving the design a layer of protection during the wash. While washing and drying clothes, they’re rubbing up against each other and that abrasion during washing can cause your vinyl to peel prematurely.

  3. Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. When washing shirts that have a design on them, you don’t want your water temperature to exceed 178 degrees Fahrenheit. High temperatures can weaken the adhesive on the design which can cause it to peel or crack.

  4. Use mild detergent. Detergents that are “green” can be too harsh for the design. You should also avoid bleach and fabric softeners in order to make the vinyl last as long as possible.

  5. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. Just like when washing, you don’t want to dry your shirts on high heat. If possible, hang dry your garments for best results. Hang drying will minimize any wrinkles you see in the design after washing.

  6. Do not iron directly on the design. The high heat will melt the vinyl and or burn the adhesive. If you must iron the shirt, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the design.

Just my imageUnation accepts PayPal, Venmo and CashApp as payment. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or purchase orders.

Returns and Refunds

Just my imageUnation offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any claims for lost, missing or damaged items must be made within ten (10) days or order shipment.


For returns, fill out our contact us form online and select “Exchange/Refund” as the reason for contact.


Our policy lasts 30 days. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provided.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
